Welcome to Candlelight Wellness! I am so grateful to share my offerings with you. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us. By purchasing products or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

 

Product Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
All candles, sprays, and oil blends are handcrafted with care. Due to the personal nature of these products and the energy infused in each item, all sales are final.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

• Approved returns or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Scent Sensitivities or Reactions:
Each product is made with high-quality essential oils and ingredients. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredients or message me before ordering. I am not responsible for adverse reactions.

 

Service Policy

 

Energy Work & Wellness Sessions:
All sessions are intended for personal growth and energetic support. These services do not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and am not a licensed medical, legal, or mental health professional.

 

Session Payments & Scheduling:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Sessions may be held in person or virtually (if applicable).

• For house calls, an additional gas/travel fee may be charged for locations more than 20 minutes from my base. This will be discussed prior to booking.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a credit toward rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged in full.

• Rescheduling is allowed once, and must be done within 30 days of the original session date.

 

Consultations & Communication

I offer consultations for those exploring services. Please be respectful of time and boundaries. Messaging for guidance outside of booked sessions is not included unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing any service or product from Candlelight Wellness, you acknowledge the following:

• You are 18 years or older or have permission from a parent/guardian.

• You understand that services are holistic and spiritual in nature and not a substitute for licensed professional care.

• You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

• All energetic healing sessions are considered complementary wellness services and results may vary.

• No outcomes are guaranteed, and any testimonials shared are personal experiences, not claims.

 

Privacy Policy

Your information is never shared or sold. Any communication, session notes, or personal disclosures remain confidential and are handled with the utmost care and respect.
